Grade Curve Calculator started with a simple frustration: curving an exam shouldn't mean wrestling with spreadsheet formulas at 11pm. Teachers needed something fast, fair, and explainable.

So we built a free tool that runs entirely in your browser. Paste your scores, pick a curving method, and get an instant before/after view — with letter grades, a distribution chart, percentiles, and a CSV you can drop straight into your gradebook.

Our principles

• Private by design. Scores never leave your device. There's no account and no tracking of your data.
• Transparent. Every method shows its formula so you can explain the curve to students and administrators.
• Free. The core calculator is, and will stay, free for educators.
